Simply Fresh Fruit Market is poised for further growth with the launch of its My Salad servery outlets in Woden and the City in 2005. This innovation has added several full time chefs and several more serving staff, with one of the biggest and exciting ranges of fresh ingredients in any centre in Canberra and NSW. Our new concept involves customers selecting their own salad ingredients from the extensive range of ingredients on offer, prepared by My Salad staff.

The emphasis on high standards has helped in creating the My Salad bar concept. All ingredients are supplied by Simply Fresh Fruit Market and made by the My Salad chefs. From the eight different types of lettuce on offer to the 15 different types of dressings and the numerous toppings, the range of salad types is almost endless. My Salad also sells pre-prepared salads, freshly squeezed juices, soups, wraps, wheat grass, yoghurts, quiches and paninis, all prepared by our chefs. We offer a range of catering options for your office functions, parties, picnics and dinner parties.
